We look into the problem and into what could be improved on your existing website or business software. We help fix what is broken and improve what is not good enough.

Ongoing help is not assumed. If you want it, we talk it through.

Explain the need by form, email or phone. We talk it through with you and work out what is involved. The scope is agreed before any work starts.
The cost is set by what is needed and what is involved, and is agreed once the need is clear. The timing is set by the size of the job and the people and systems involved, and is discussed when the scope is agreed. What happens after the work is set by the job, and it is worth settling early.
